I’m sure you’ve all heard a lot about the impending presidential election, but how closely do you follow? Do you even care? Well, I would watch very closely to see how this all plays out because this election may be the turning point for the United States. If Obama wins election we will have a gridlocked system where republicans hold the senate and house while the executive branch is liberal. All that spells is bickering for the next 4 years.

We cannot afford 4 years of non action. The only way for the United States to not fall behind is if we boom right here and now. But there are only four candidates that will be able to bring an age of growth for business. Ron Paul, Mitt Romney, Huntsman and Cain. The last one dropped out the Huntsman cannot rally the support to win the election. Ron Paul cannot get the conservative base to support him, he may have the unanimous support of the young voting block and most Tea Party members but he will not survive the media trashing him.

Mitt Romney is a candidate that is mores socially moderate, and fiscally conservative. More simply put he is good for business but social issues (abortion or gay rights) won’t be a priority, meaning that the federal government can focus on what is important right now. Jobs.

Romney is not just calling for change and hope he has an actual plan…I know right? A politician with a tangible plan…on paper!

Though he could never win an election against the charismatic Obama. The only way to win against Obama is with equal charisma and opposing opinions.

The answer is Ron Paul. He is a doctor so he knows the ins and outs of health care, he may actually repeal the Healthcare bill and know how to bring down costs a different way. He is about hands off international politics, as in: the cause of all our terrorism problems is not that we are free and they are jealous, it is because we meddle where we aught not. He has a plan for job growth similar to Romney but with more spending cuts.

Can he win? Against Obama yes. 40% of voters are now independent leaving 33% democrat and 27% republican. Paul has most the the young voting bloc (often times those aligned with the Democratic party) and he has a majority of the independent vote. He could run a great race if he wins the primaries. That is his real challenge.

If Ron Paul can surge and win the primaries I think that our country has a great chance at a speedy recovery and an explosive growth over the next 4 years. Hold on and pay attention. The world is changing around us.

We were the Watchers. We work. We love our children. We never give up. But We are no longer the passive population that only chooses the lesser of two evils. We are fed up with the squabbling and finger pointing, the indecision, the polls. We don’t care about tenure, We don’t care about tradition, We will do what is right even if it is not easy. This is a time for us to change and We will not be silent any more. We will take it from here as we always have.

Throughout history it has been the Watchers that become Warriors that bring corruption, idiocracy and heartlessness to its knees. Sit down, shut up and watch. Two ears, two eyes and yet your mouth is too active. Be still. Become a Watcher and leave this to the people that can handle it. Someday you will thank us.

Always question…

Stretches the mind :)
